WORKER
This kid shows up in flip flops, to work manual labor. He then told me he felt he was worth $25 per hour, not $20 per hour.- Gen Z
“It is raining at my house, so I cant come to work today.”- Gen Z #2 I informed him it was not raining at the jobsite, and he agreed to be at the shop at 8am. At 7:55 he texted me to tell me he was coughing up blood, and he could not come to work, because he needed to go to the ER. He has ignored all communication from me since that time.
“I get $33 dollars an Hour”- GenX Worker, that No Called, No Showed, on his first day of work.
